Stampin' Up! Birthday Cheer

Another Angie Cleveland creation - how fun is this card?  I love the colors on this card.  She used the double sided Multi Adhesive Sheets (Annual Catalog) to make the frosting.  Basically, you peel off the adhesive on one side, adhere it to the cardstock and die cut the image.  Peel the adhesive off of the other side and sprinkle Dazzling Diamonds to add the sparkle.  Voila!  

The sparkly frosting really makes this card.  I love it.  A great card for adults and kids!
