I cased this card from the 2022 January - June Mini Catalog (page 16). Tulips are one of my favorite flowers (after daisies). The bunnies have eaten most of my bulbs so I have only had a few in one of the flower beds the past few years.
This card is truly easier to make than it looks. I hope you will give it a try!
