Fall Decorations

I just love how this little pumpkin turned out! I cut 1 1/2 inch strips of Pumpkin Pie card stock and adhered them to a 2 1/2" circle, also Pumpkin Pie with Sticky Strip. The leaf and the stem are made with the Wood Sheets. The leaf is die cut from the Bigz Leaves #2 die and sponged Garden Green Classic ink on it. I drew the stem on the Wood Sheet, cut it out with Craft & Rubber Scissors and sponged it with Soft Suede Classic ink. I bent the bottom and adhered it to the top of the pumpkin with Sticky Strip. The little vines are tiny strips of Soft Suede card stock curled with scissors.

Spooky Boxes

Both of these little boxes were made with the Fancy Favor box XL Die. I wrapped the mummy in some gauze and punched out his eyes with card stock. The center of the eyes were punched from the Red Glimmer Paper.

Frankenstein is made from Lucky Limeade card stock. I die cut and additional 1 inch strip in Basic Black for his hair and used scraps from the negative image for his eyebrows and mouth. The "bolts" on his neck is punched from the Modern Label punch in Rich Razzleberry, cut in half and then cut and folded to form the bolt.

Congratulations, Jim & Juanita!

A few weeks ago, we attended our son-in-law's father's wedding. I just read an article about quilling in our Stampin' Success magazine and thought I would give it a try for their card.

Supplies: Shimmery White, Basic Black and Vellum card stock; Vintage Wallpaper Texturz Embossing folder and the Sizzix Big Shot. Dazzling Diamonds (inside the hearts). I used strips of Vellum card stock to quill the hearts.

Daring Adventure, con't

Here are two more cards using Daring Adventure and the Well Worn designer series paper. I really like the warm colors of the paper - it's great for Fall! When I first saw Daring Adventure in the Idea Book & Catalog, I didn't even give it consideration. But I love Well Worn! The two are shown together in the Well Worn Product Suite on page 144 so I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did!

Village of Cuteness

So many cute things to share with you! I will start with some projects from Convention. This year, Stampin' Up! offered some "extra" classes in the evening at our annual Convention. These little houses were from the Village of Cuteness class. We had a lot of fun and I think they turned out darling! Certainly different than the projects we usually make!

These were on display at the 2011 -12 Idea Book & Catalog Open House. Missed it? Not to worry....I am having a Holiday Mini Catalog Open House on Saturday, September 24th from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm! There is a lot to share!!
