Stampin' Up! Humming Along
I tend to gravitate towards stamps that feature nature - flowers, birds, butterflies. so when I saw Humming Along, I decided I would add it to my stamp collection. Angie Cleveland pulled it off the shelf and came up with this card. She laughingly said she used everything but the kitchen sink to color these images - Brusho, Stampin' Blends, Watercolor Pencils. She wasn't kidding!
But seriously, these images are great for watercoloring no matter the products and techniques you use. Here in the midwest, we will start seeing Hummingbirds again in mid April. I am so looking forward to putting out our Hummingbird feeders again!

Stampin' Up! Blended Seasons Leaves
Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. It's not too hot and humid, it's not too cold. I love the leaves bursting with beautiful colors. It's great walking weather. And it will be here before we know it!
This card was made from the Color Your Season Bundle available until the end of August (or while supplies last). The stamp with the leaves is actually one stamp. I used Watercolor Pencils to blend colors together, then cut the leaves apart. I used the framelit dies to cut one leaf using the Copper Foil paper and adhered it over the stamped leaf. I was thinking Thanksgiving when I made it but it can be used for any occasion.

Stampin' Up Peaceful Place
I made this card for my son-in-law's birthday. Peaceful Place is perfect for him. He loves the outdoors - fishing, hunting, hiking. As soon as I saw this stamp set, I thought of him. I used watercolor pencils and blender pens to color it in. Hope you had a great day, Jim!
