Stampin' Up! Petal Palette Best Wishes

I haven't done the Spotlighting technique in quite a while and I found that the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper is perfect for it.  You can use any technique to watercolor the paper.  I chose to use Stampin' Blends for this card.
