Stampin' Up! Brusho

The same wonderful group of stampers who wanted to make the Barn Door card at their party also wanted to use Brusho.

I used Shimmery White card stock and did a light wash as a background using  Prussian Blue (really diluted).  The roses are watercolored with yellow brusho and the leaves are Moss green.  Such a wonderfully versatile medium to use!

Stampin' Up! Barn Door Bundle

At a recent party, this wonderful group of stampers wanted to use the the Barn Door Bundle.  They are not only related to each other, they are friends. I have known them for a long time, probably close to 10 years! They love to spend time with each other.  And I love having them over to stamp!

They requested the barn door. I just knew I wanted to add a color other than brown so I chose to go with Real Red.  I think the red is very fitting for a Barn.

Stampin' Up! Awesomely Artistic

Daisies are my favorite flower.  It's warm weather and sunshine (can't wait!)  We made this card at our recent team meeting.  I love the color combination of yellow, black and white.  The variety of images in this stamp set gives lots of options for styles of cards like shabby chic or a collage, two of my favorite techniques!

Here is another card I have created using the blends and even a Video Tutorial on the Stampin' Blends: (just tap on the photo below to see the video tutorial)

Stampin' Up! Easter Basket of Wishes

I was asked to participate  in a one-for-one card swap using a Spring or Easter theme.  We were given the name and address of one person and we will receive one card back.  I really love this card!  I don't usually use multiple stamp sets on one project but these three sets worked well together.  And I am love, love, loving the Basket Weave embossing folder!  It's available for FREE for the next few weeks of Sale-A-Bration but will also be available for purchase in the upcoming Annual Catalog.
