I embossed snowflakes in white on the Vellum Cardstock and adhered one of the Wonderful Snowflakes and some of the Blue Gems on to finish it off. The greeting is also embossed in white.

Stampin' Up! Snowflake Wishes
This is a really fun technique to create backgrounds for your cards. Use Vellum Cardstock, Stampin' Blends, and Alcohol ( the alcohol needs to be at least 91%). Create splotches using different colors of Stampin' Blends on Vellum Cardstock. Using a Water Painter, paint alcohol over the splotches so it spreads over the colors spreading the color over the cardstock. I also flicked some alcohol to create small splotches.
