Stampin' Up! Artfully Composed

Here is another card made with the Artfully Layered Suite.  It is a totally different look!  The Layering Designs Vellum is adhered to Basic White with Mini Glue Dots in the corners and Seal behind the Basic Black piece  Easy Peasy!
