Stampin' Up! Hoot Hoot Hooray

I haven't used this stamp set yet so thought I would make a card for our granddaughter, Maddy's birthday.  Mint Macaron is her favorite color so the color theme was an easy choice.  This stamp set is from the Beginner Brochure.  I stamped a second banner, fussy cut it and popped it up over the first one.
