This or That?  These cards are made using product from the Second Release of Sale-A-Bration,  The So Very Vellum Specialty Paper has raised dots and comes in three colors - Purple Posy, Soft Sea Foam, and Pool Party.  

The Sale-A-Bration stamp set is called Tags in Bloom and coordinates with Label Me Lovely punch from the January - June Mini Catalog.  

The Second Release Sale-A-Bration products are available from March 3 - 31 or while supplies last.
