Stampin' Up! Paper Blooms

Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper is a Sale-A-Bration offering.  Sadly, it will be gone in just a few weeks.  It coordinates with the In Bloom Bundle from the January - June Mini Catalog. (note: There is an error in the Sale-A-Bration brochure).

I used a strip of Rococo Rose Scalloped Ribbon behind the greeting.  I cut the strip down the middle and adhered it with Tear & Tape Adhesive.
