One of my team members, Barb, made this card for a team swap. I'm not sure of the name of the card design so I am referring to it generically as a "fun fold". It is really easy and I have had a lot of fun with it. While I used designer series paper on my cards, you can certainly use layers of card stock and stamp your images.
