Stampin' Up! Frosted Floral
My mom needed to send a small gift to a friend who was celebrating a birthday. She loves the shimmer of the Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper. We came up with a set of cards using the Frosted Floral Suite. She wanted some dimension to it so we cut some of the flowers out of the paper and popped them up around the greeting. It's hard to see on this card but we also sprinkled some of the Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets on the card.
