Stampin' Up! Tidings All Around

Happy Birthday to our daughter-in-law Angie!  This is the card we sent her.  I used the Baby Wipe technique to stamp the wreath.  If you've never tried it, it is really easy!  Fold a couple of baby wipes in half and lay them on a piece of foil or wax paper.  Randomly add drops of different colors of re-inkers.  Use this as your ink pad and ink up your stamp.  Each time you stamp the image, it will look different!
