Stampin' Up! Botanical Butterfly Layering Fold Card

I received a card using this Layering Fold technique as a swap several months ago.  I don't remember who the demonstrator was but I tucked it away in my "to do" pile.  In preparing for a fun fold class, I brought it out and came up with this version using the Botanical Butterfly paper from Sale-A-Bration.   

Here are the measurements:

Layering Fold Card

Card Base – 4 ¼’ X 11

            Score at 2 ½”, 3 ¾”, 6 ¾”, 8 ¼”

Cardstock mat – 4” x 4” (two)

DSP – 3 ¾” x 3 ¾” (two)

Bottom of card – 4” x 2 ¼”

Here is another card I made using the Country Floral Dynamic Embossing Folder and coloring it in with Stampin' Blends.   Such a pretty look.

Stampin' Up! Botanical Butterfly

I just can't seem to get enough of this Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper.  This piece was one of the Black & White sheets.  I left the butterflies alone except for some Wink of Stella  and filled in the background with Stampin' Blends.

There are just so many possibilities with the paper.  You can make up a lot of cards very quickly for just about any occasion and have them at the ready!

Stampin' Up! All Adorned

All Adorned is one of the Sale-A-Bration Second Release stamp sets.  I layered two images using the Stamparatus.  It was wonderfully easy!  I embossed the greeting and the little images between the  larger designs in Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder.  

I haven't used Lemon Lime Twist in awhile.  It is an In Color that will be retiring at the end of May.  I like the combination of the Lemon Lime Twist with Pacific Point.  The gold adds a bit of elegance.
