Stampin' Up Team Swap

This month is a swap month for my team, Susan's Sparklers.  For those of you who don't know what a swap is, everyone makes x number of cards of one design and we swap with other crafters, or in this case, demonstrators.  Why do we swap if we all make cards?  I swap to get ideas from other stampers.  We all have our own style and it's nice to see what other people are working on.  We all like to learn from each other.
