Stampin' Up! Life is Beautiful

This is one of those stamp sets that works for every season. Thinking ahead to the Fall (my favorite season) I decided to bring back a technique that I haven't used in a while - "thumping". I inked up my stamp with the leaves with Pear Pizzazz, then using the brush tip on Cajun Craze, Bumblebee, and Cinnamon Cider markers, thumped the colors on the leaves. Fun Technique! I hope you give it a try!

Stampin' Up! Poinsettia Petals

Woo-hoo! The 2020 August - December Mini is almost here! You can order from it beginning August 4th.

Every year I bought my mom a poinsettia plant around the holidays. Her favorites were the traditional red plants, but she also liked pink and white ones. This year, I will treat myself with a plant.

I really like this new Poinsettia Petals Bundle. I embossed the stamp images in gold and die cut them. Using a sponge, I added some Petal Pink ink to the centers of each layer. Finishing it off is a Gold Glitter Enamel Dot. The "Merry Christmas" is also embossed in gold. I really like how it turned out and I hope you do too!

Stampin' Up! Game On

We love getting together with our kids and grandkids for game night. We can only get together a couple of times a year but game nights are always involved! Fan out the layers to look likecards. This is another great stamp set for the guys in your life, especially if they like to play games.

Stampin' Up! World of Good

Happy Birthday to our wonderful son-in-law. Jim. Unfortunately, we couldn't celebrate in person with him. We always call all of our kids and grandkids and sing "Happy Birthday" so at least we were able to FaceTime him and chat for a bit.

I used the Memories and More Card Pack from the World of Good Suite to make his card. There are so many cards you can make with it! I love these card packs!
