Halloween Banner
This was a fun banner to make. The banner pieces are Tangerine Tango,
embossed with various embossing folders and the letters are Basic
Black. I pounced the letters with the new Illuminate ink to give it a
shimmery, mottled look. The images are from Ghoulish Googlies. The O's
in the "BOOOO" are embellished with Rhinestones.
