One holiday that doesn't seem to get a lot of love is ringing in the New Year. I do know some folks that don't send out Christmas cards, they send out "Happy New Year" cards. They do it because they feel somewhat overwhelmed trying to get cards out before Christmas. Plus, it kind of extends the holidays for the recipients. Interesting concept, isn't it?
This card has lots of layers. The card base is Blueberry Bushel and both layer of Shimmery White cardstock are layered on Gold Foil paper. The background is a simple wash of Blueberry Bushel Ink. I used paint brushes to spatter Vegas Gold and Frost White Shimmer paint.
