This paper is just gorgeous! I love how it looks on darker card stock. It really pops! I debated about adding some ribbon but decided to add some rhinestones to a few of the flowers. I used the Multipurpose Liquid glue to adhere the paper to the card base.
The greeting is from the Perennial Birthday stamp set. It just fits so nicely with this designer series paper.
