Stampin' Up! Bloom & Grow Floating Frame Tutorial

I've seen a lot of posts featuring the floating frame technique.  It's a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.  There are a few steps to it but it comes together easily.  And bonus!  You can make a second card quite easily!

Here are the steps to making this card:

  • Stamp six images from the Bloom & Grow stamp set
  • Watercolor as desired.
  • Die Cut the flowers with them the Budding Blooms dies.
  • Lay out the blooms on a piece of Whisper White card stock, filling it with images.
  • Carefully lay Press N Seal over the blooms, pressing it in to make sure the images are covered
  • Run it through your die cutting machine with the Layering Ovals die
  • Liberally add Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of all of the flowers
  • Adhere it to a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock
  • Carefully peel off the Press N Seal
  • Stamp greeting as desired and adhere to the card base of Petal Pink
  • Add sequins as desired
